How to get there | Accomodation | Timetable | General Rules

So far in all past editions of the bcnparty there's never been much trouble with the behaviour of attendants. However we remind you of our house rules:

  • We will not be held responsible for any lost items. We shall not be held responsible in case of robery, damages or problems with electricity on any of the equipment you bring with you.
  • The use of loudspeakers is not allowed within the premises, please use headphones when possible. Beginnig at 1:00am the party sound system will be switched off as required by the city council so our neighbors get their healthy night's sleep. :)
  • Although not confirmed and certainly not too high in our list of priorities there might be internet connectivity at the partyplace. If that's the case we remind you that massive downloads are not allowed, the organisers reserve the right to disconnect abusers of network resources after two warnings.
  • Smoking is completely forbidden in the partyplace. You can go outside or to the open-air area if you need to smoke.
  • The use of alcohol in the party is forbidden.
  • The use of illegal drugs is forbidden in the premises.
  • Please, respect spanish law: Weapons and drugs are forbidden. Please, refrain from too much porn, there will be minors in the event. Trading illegal software or any other illegal trading will have consecuences. If you break anything, you'll have to pay to restore it. Just behave don't be a fool. ;)
  • Gamers are not welcome. The bcnparty is not a LANparty, it's a party for the demoscene. Attendants wish for it to be a place of creative productivity, meeting people, sharing and talking. If you want to play videogames we suggest you go to other events that will better cater to your taste.
  • Respect other attendants.
  • Attendants will be given a card pass. With this pass you may go out and come back to the party premises at any time, day or night. Keep an eye on it and make sure not to loose it, otherwise you will sleep on the rough. Keep it with you and show it when you come in.
  • We have a safe room to use as vault to store your valuables temporarily if you need to leave the party place for longer than a few hours.
  • The following behaviour will lead to be expelled from the party: disrespect to others, causing material damage, consumption of alcohol within the party premises. We hope we can all attend the event with these simple rules in mind, so be civilised.
